Expert Full-Funnel Demand Generation for B2B & SaaS teams that can't afford to guess. Senior-led. AI-enabled. Revenue-driven.

The plan you were sold and the work you received are usually two different things.
Everyone in B2B knows this gap. The pitch is impressive: a sharp strategy deck, a beautiful dashboard, a senior person across the table. Then the work starts, and delivery turns out to be someone else's job. The strategy lives in a slide, the dashboard measures activity instead of revenue, and the person you bought is not the person you got.
I close that gap by being both people. The one who builds the plan is the one who runs it, the same way I ran paid in-house at companies spending millions a year on it. One person, senior, hands on the account, accountable for the number.
One operator. Every channel. Fully embedded.
One point of contact for every campaign and every aspect of it. Strategy and execution from the same person, so nothing dies in a handoff. I sit in your Slack, work in your numbers, and join your important team calls so I always know what is happening in your company, because for as long as we work together, I am part of the team.
And there is no interpretation layer between you and the work. You see the same numbers I see, the reporting is built on revenue rather than activity, and if a channel is not earning its budget you hear it from me first.
Paid drives the pipeline. The engine around it makes paid convert.
Paid advertising is the main lever, because it is the fastest way to put your offer in front of people ready to buy, and it is how I am measured. But ads are only as good as what happens after the click, so I build that part too. One system, one person, which is exactly why it holds together.

A 28x churn-adjusted return on paid search for Encore Kitchens, on roughly £100k of spend, traced to the keyword, defensible line by line to their board. A 92% increase in qualified pipeline from Google Ads optimisation at Bynder, run hands-on and in-house. A 36% year-on-year pipeline lift at Sendcloud after I rebuilt their paid infrastructure. Behind those, over $80M in ad spend managed across 10+ years, at budgets from startup to multi-million enterprise.
Every one of those numbers has a story and a caveat I will happily walk you through. That is rather the point.
How does one person do the work of a whole team?
Fair question, and it is the right one to ask. The answer is that I build AI into everything I run. The account analysis, the reporting, the creative iteration, the parts that normally need a team and a week, happen at my desk in an afternoon. Not because the machine does the thinking, but because after a decade of doing this by hand I know exactly what right looks like, and now I can produce it at a speed no team structure can match.
So you get the output of a full marketing team, and one person who is personally accountable for every piece of it.
And honestly, it is not just a work method. I have spent as much time building AI systems in my personal life as in my professional one, automating the admin I do not want to do, the boring stuff, the errands a computer should run, so I can spend my time on the things I actually enjoy and the work that actually produces value, for me and for you. Turning anything repetitive into a system is simply how I operate now, and your account gets the full benefit of that habit.
The board number that was really a guess
Encore Kitchens had a Google account set up in 2021 and never touched, and a marketing return they presented to shareholders every month that was, honestly, a guess. I rebuilt the account, defined what a real lead was, and built a churn-adjusted revenue model that separates money collected from money merely promised. The return came out at 28x, and their Head of Growth calls the reporting the part nobody else would have done. Paid search is now their biggest digital source of new customers.
